How do I import a course from RideWithGPS?

Open Settings → Integrations and connect RideWithGPS. Then open Settings → Courses and choose RideWithGPS under Import Course.

Search your routes by name or browse the list, then tap Import beside the route you want. Once it appears in your saved courses, select it when creating a race plan. If you are asked to connect first, check RideWithGPS in Integrations.
