How do I save or share a completed ride?

After stopping an outdoor ride, indoor simulation, or indoor workout, review the summary and tap Save FIT. The next screen offers Share FIT and the connected services that support completed-activity uploads.

Use Share FIT to open the iPhone share sheet, where you can save or share the file. Sending a planned workout and uploading a completed activity are separate features; the available destinations can differ.
