Why is my sensor missing or showing no data?

Check that Bluetooth is on and that BBS has Bluetooth permission in iPhone settings. Wake the sensor, check its battery, and scan again from Connections. If it is connected to another app or device, disconnect it there and retry.

The Connections screen reports Bluetooth status and connection errors. Pairing a sensor does not start a ride; return to your ride or workout and use its Start control.
