What is the difference between NP, Time, and TSS targets?
NP sets a normalized-power goal in watts; this is not the same as average power. Time sets a desired finishing time, and TSS sets a training-stress target. Time and TSS models require Premium.
BBS combines your selected target with your athlete, bike, course, and weather inputs to model the plan. Review the resulting power demands before riding.
