What do the colors mean?

Green is on target. Blue means below target but not severely low. Orange means above target. Red means far above target. Grey is used when there is no valid power, GPS, or plan state.

The on-target range uses a small watt floor plus a percentage band, so low-power and high-power targets both behave sensibly.
