How do I use the Elevation Tools in the Course Builder?

The Course Builder includes an interactive elevation profile chart with two modes, controlled by the Elevation Tools buttons:

Zoom Mode (default)

• Click and drag on the chart to zoom into a specific section
  

• Use this to examine elevation details in a particular area
  

• The map will sync to show the corresponding course section
  

Select Mode

• Click and drag to highlight a section of the elevation profile
  

• The selected section is highlighted on both the chart and the map
  

• Use this to identify sections that may need elevation corrections (like bridges or tunnels)
  

• Selected sections can be flattened to correct elevation anomalies
  

Use the hamburger menu icon on the chart for additional options. The chart shows elevation in feet or meters based on your account settings.
